- Chat by clicking “Chat Now” when you open a Pond’s product on their official store on Shopee. Just type “Hi” to get started.
- The Skin Advisor will give you 3 options: You can choose “Analyse my Skin” then it will asked to confirm that you are 18 years old or above and that you have read and understood the Privacy Notice.
- Snap a selfie! SAL will provide a skin analysis for free and share product recommendations that are more suitable for your skin. If you don’t want to send in a photo, you can click on “What should I buy?” and let SAL know your skin goals instead.
- When you see the recommended products for your skin, you can easily buy them on Shopee!
