The Colourette Velvetints is very easy to apply:
- For the eyes: Apply three small dots then blend it using your fingers, when it dries down it turns into powdery matte so there’s no need to set the eye.
- For the cheeks: Blend on the cheeks for blushing finish
- For lips: you can simply layer it on the lips to create lipstick effect or dab it for a tint effect
