Huawei just released their sportier, stylish and more affordable watch dubbed as HUAWEI WATCH GT 2e.
Based on the GT2 series, the “e’ model represents the energy, vitality and mentality of today’s youth. The HUAWEI WATCH GT 2e features a stylish design and a range of cool features, making it the ideal companion for young users that wish to live stylishly.
Since it’s based on the 46mm version of the GT2 and has the same 1.39″ AMOLED display with 454 x 454px resolution. The bezel, however, is thicker so the watch measures 53.0 x 46.8mm compared to 45.9 x 45.9mm.
The GT 2 e is also integrated with TPU wrist band, which means it’s more breathable and suited even you get sweaty while working out. The watch body is built out of stainless steel and is rated at 5 ATM water resistance.

According to the Huawei fact sheet, the Huawei Watch GT2e can deliver 14 days battery life thanks to the power-efficient Kirin A1 SoC. It can also hold 30 hours if you’re using GPS. For music listening via Bluetooth, the battery will hold 24 hours of usage.
HUAWEI WATCH GT 2e comes in four colourways, adding Mint Green and Icy White – two neutral tones – to the original Graphite Black and Lava Red options.
The HUAWEI WATCH GT 2e can track all sorts of exercises – from skateboarding to rock climbing, from surfing to street dance. You can even take it for a swim – both in a pool and in open water. At home, you can use treadmills, elliptical and rowing machines.
The GT 2e has all-new developed and improve health features such as accurate heart monitoring, stress monitoring, scientific sleep monitoring and SPO2 monitoring.
