As much as possible, I tried to ignore negative thoughts. However there are times that you will be affected if its about your family or your friends. As they say, ‘everybody is entitled for their own opinion,’ that’s correct, but that can also trigger hate if said depending on the tone of voice.
Before, I am the type of person who easily became emotional and cries everytime I heard some negative issues that includes me. Then I realized when I grew older (not too old though, haha!) you can never change the perception or what other people thinks so its much better to ignore and shrug of the negativity. Sometimes its how you cope up with the stress or how to embrace the reality.

Don’t get me wrong, sometimes I get mad. There are times that when I get mad I really wanted to post or rant on my social media account but I didn’t. How do I cope up? I just call my husband or my closed friends to tell them about the problem then in return I get free advice. Just like I mentioned earlier, I ignore negativity and I also refused to be the one who spread it.
