Unboxing:
The Huawei MediaPad T3 is packaged in a simple light blue carton box. It comes with charger, micro USB cable charger, warranty card and quick start guide.
The Huawei MediaPad T3 has an aluminum alloy body and made of carbon fiber texture matte that made it stylish in design because of it’s metallic look.
It also promises a slim-light form for excellent portability. Surprisingly, it’s not heavy and can watch movies by using one hand.
At the sides of the device, you’ll find the volume control buttons, microSD and SIM slot, audio jack, and microUSB port in their usual spots. In front, you’ll find the selfie camera on the upper right portion of the screen, just beside the speaker.
Display:
The Huawei MediaPad T3 is 7-inch IPS 1024 x 600 resolution at 148ppi however pixels are a bit visible. Browsing photos and videos is also nice because the colors is vibrant.
Camera:
With a 5MP rear camera and a 2MP front camera, I can say that it’s not really part of the device highlight or can be use as a tool for social media post since it’s grainy and no auto-focus.
Audio:
Watching K-drama series while reading subtitles is not difficult watching this. I’m also quite surprised that it has a good quality in audio. Since it comes with a 3.5 mm headphone jack slot, I enjoy to listening music using my earphones.
Battery life:
It has 4,100mAh of battery life and took me 5 hours of continuous K-drama marathon without interruption. For me it’s already enough because I’m still using my phone or laptop. So if you plan to use it all-day, I suggest that you charge it overnight since it’s not fast-charging, it took me 3 hours to charge it.
Overall:
The Huaweu MediaPAd T3 is actually good as everyday companion. Yes, it can’t be good for camera nor for gaming but the affordable price, audio is decent, bigger screen and light-weight. Binge-watching is more fun. It’s also a good handy entertainment device for kids.
